My neighbor Cathy called me over with an emergency this afternoon. Her daughter Julie had gone to a hair salon to get ready for prom, and they turned her away! Maybe they were already booked with appointments, but whatever the reason, Cathy was panicking. So I grabbed my hair supplies and ran over to her house.
An hour and a half later, having shellacked the poor girl's hair to death, I had also done her makeup (smoky hues, pink chocolate lipstick and strawberry lip gloss), put some of my jewelry on her, and spritzed her with some fruity perfume. This was the final result.....
Cathy was SO SO happy with the results that she treated all of us to pizza tonight!
