Hello from Alamo City! I've been contemplating starting a blog for a while now. I thought this would be a perfect way for everyone to see what we're up to, and enjoy my daily rantings about life as a SAHM of 3. And it's a great general forum for all family and friends. Best of all, you can see recent pictures of the kids!

The weather has been beautiful today. It's about 75 degrees out, dry and sunny. We finally decided to get out our long pants for the "winter", but we rarely need a sweater. April always takes a coat or sweater to school in the morning, since it's barely 55 degrees. But by the time she gets home, she doesn't need any of it, so more stuff to carry on the bus.

April had soccer practice last night. Her last practice and game will be next week. There is no soccer through the winter, but the spring season will start again in late February. I asked April last night if she would want to do soccer again, and she said no. She doesn't like being tired and sweaty after each game. No problem with me. We're not huge sports fan types anyway, but we'll let the kids try any sport they ask for. So April has had a chance to try soccer, just like she asked for. I think she's had a lot of fun, but she realizes it's not her forte.
